Robbins Reunion, Part 2

Sick. Sick. Sick.

Josh and Lori arrived on Sunday--right in time to enjoy the sickness that has somehow spread throughout the house. Brandon came a couple of days later and was pretty shocked when he walked into the house and saw all of us sprawled on the couches, looking awful.

Ezra, Elliott, and Anna began throwing up. Then, Eliza joined in on the fun. Chad and Danielle's kids, who were here for the weekend but then had to go home for a couple of days, became sick as well. Nathan and I began throwing up (Nathan was in bed for nearly two days and couldn't function at all). Cheryl and Rex joined in on the fun and so did Jenny and Ty. Jenny has had the worst case of this terrible virus and things don't seem to be improving much. To top things off, Dustin's family started throwing up this morning. It really seems like none of us can catch a break.

So yes, nearly everyone is throwing up or feeling like they or going to throw up. Brandon and Josh's family haven't succumbed to the vomiting, but I am sure it is only a matter of time. If 19 people are throwing up, chances are the remaining uninfected individuals will also become sick.

Even so, we have managed to enjoy our time together (mostly). We've lounged in the living room and have stayed up late watching episodes of Psych and New Girl.  I am sure this is not what Cheryl had in mind when she planned on seeing her six sons and their families for the only time during the year, but we are trying to make the most of it. We are praying this ends soon and hoping Josh's family doesn't get sick.

A house full of extremely sick individuals really isn't the ideal family reunion. Things have got to get better. Right?

Sick little babies (and husband) break my heart.
